Our expertise: The creation of BioSalud Hubs .
North America Region has an important potential in the development of biotechnology oriented to the field of human health and to promote this sector, we plan Biosalud Hubs and Clusters of innovation companies in Mexico.
We focus on enhancing the experience, competitive advantages and current reputation in the Health Sector to articulate, maximize and expand the market of the Biomedical Sciences Industry, health services and business development. We do it through an articulated and comprehensive strategy, with a vision of innovation and business, focused on a policy of National Economic Development.
The lines of development are:
Clinical Research and Translational Research with an impact on the Pharmaceutical, Health Services, Medical Technology and Biotechnology industry for the discovery of drugs, Stem Cells, Bio-informatics and Bio-imaging.
We created the Development Centers for the Biomedical and Biotechnological Industry, with a total link with the academy, through the Academic Center for Comprehensive Health Services.
The biomedical science sector has been identified as a four-industry sector whose synergies facilitate the discovery, development, and commercialization of healthcare products and services for diagnosing and treating human diseases.
It is based on research in chemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics, bioprocesses, bioengineering and nanotechnology. The industry thrives in high-value sectors such as pharmaceutical technology, medical technology, biotechnology, and the healthcare services industry.
Our goal is to focus efforts on capacity building in these areas to exploit biotechnology and the technological bases of traditional chemistry. Our main effort is directed to the discovery, development and production of drugs.
Our vision is to turn Mexico into a space where companies place their research, development and activities at the central offices, which will allow them to carry out activities through the value chain derived from biomedical sciences, uniting human intelligence and industrial capital.
The three main objectives that we pursue with the BioSalud Hubs are:

Be a focal point for scientific talents,

Integrate and synergize the capacities and resources of research institutes and guide collaborative research, and

Generate continuous links between the private productive sector and the research work of public sector institutions, creating an environment that promotes the exchange of ideas and close collaboration.
This is achieved by establishing world-class research institutions and specialized infrastructure for research, as well as providing financing in the startup stages of companies, all through a continuous work support and support body.
We have Investment Funds interested in biomedical research in the country, with the following objectives:

Make strategic investments in infrastructure and equipment,

Bring key scientists and economic contributions to Mexico's biomedical science and biopharmacy sector, and

Develop projects and works that allow the consolidation of a high expertise, as well as transfer technology and experience to Mexico.
